Arimidex? Or DIM?

Posted by Jonathan Chamberlain on March 12, 2011

If you are looking for cancer related information there is a lot here – so do browse. This supplements and extends the information and critical discussion in my two cancer books – see

Arimidex or DIM?

Estrogen is implicated in a large number of breast cancer cases – and therefore one approach to controlling these cancers is to ruppress this estrogen by inhibiting aromatase – an enzyme involved in the synthesis of estrogen. And one drug that is being recommended for this purpose is Arimidex.

DIM (di-indolyl-methane) is a naturally occuring compound – found in broccoli – that balances estrogen naturally. It also has other effects that are beneficial – extremely beneficial – for cancer patients – particularly people with breast, prostate and pancreatic cancers. Go to the following link to read a discussion by some women who are using DIM. They are raving about it.

Note: The Cancer Survivor’s Bible (2012) is now available – see

“I have read many books (on cancer)…and when I read this one, I wish now I had not wasted any money on the rest.”
