Potassium deficiency

It has long been my view that the road to a cancer cure lies largely through the minerals – both the major minerals like magnesium and potassium but also – very importantly – the trace minerals.

I have however probably been guilty of undervaluing potassium. The following article gave me great food for thought – especially in relation to how much potassium it is safe to ingest.

I believe that whole foods and mostly vegan is the best raw food diet for cancer. Of course the amount and variety of food is key to the specific type of cancer for treatment, not as much for the prevention. However, I think the Standard American Diet (SAD) with all the processed food is a contributing factor to cancer as a whole.
