Colour Healing with Spectro-Chrome Therapy
The high technology civilisations of Lemuria and Atlantis used colour and sound for healing many diseases of the human body, and to keep it “tuned” to a high level of health. Ancient Egyptians used specially built solarium rooms with different coloured glasses. Today, a unique application is to shine blue light onto the back of knees to adjust the human body clock to overcome jet lag and problems associated with shift work. And in recent messages, higher realms have indicated that humanity will again use colour as a natural mode of healing in the future.
One system, called Spectro-Chrome Therapy, has been successfully developed and used for over 80 years, despite “the establishment” trying to subdue it. They cannot patent colours! This started with the work of Dinshah P. Ghadiali (born of Persian descent in Bombay, India 1873, passed over 1996) and continued by his son Darius Dinshah. Since 1985, the book “Let There Be Light: Practical Manual for Spectro-Chrome Therapy” published by the Dinshah Health Society, PO Box 707, Malaga, New Jersey 08328, USA is a valuable source of information. Another book, “Color Medicine: The Secrets of Color Vibrational Healing” by Charles Klotsche, also covers Ghadiali’s work and deals as well with sound vibrational healing corresponding to colours.
In the Spectro-Chrome system, 12 specific colour filters are used to shine individual colours onto the skin of a person who needs healing. There are 22 areas of the body nominated for attention. The patient needs to lay down for greater comfort. A colour is normally applied for one hour, a second or more sessions with other colours can follow at another time. Shorter times can also be used in some cases. Examples of only a few attributes of colours are: lemon dissolves blood clots, and promotes coughing to expel mucus and fluids from the lungs and air passages; green destroys micro-organisms, germs, bacteria, and stimulates the rebuilding of muscles and tissues; violet is a spleen builder and stimulant, it decreases activity of the nervous system.
In the literature for Spectro-Chrome healing, there are hundreds of schedules listed for sickness conditions. For example, asthma. During an attack, apply purple from nose to upper chest, and then scarlet to lower back. Between attacks, lemon to the whole upper front of the body, orange on the throat and chest, magenta on upper chest and lower back. There are also other concerns on body wellness, such as diet and outside influences, these are also discussed.
Spectro-Chrome therapy acts by reinforcing or interfering with the aura energy field that surrounds the body. This is the electro-chemical cellular activity of the body. Any illness, pain, infection, or breakdown will result in a change of the normally invisible colour of the aura, or will alter its strength. If the change is a weakening of the aura in a particular area, the necessary colour to reinforce the aura is applied. Early work by Edwin Babbitt in his 1878 book “The Principles of Light and Colour” suggested that everyone radiates their own brightly coloured energy, and that sickness is caused by an upset in the natural harmony of this colour field (before the term “aura” was used). Ghadiali read Babbitt when he joined the Theosophical Society in 1891, and upon emigrating to America in 1911, began to elaborate on Babbitt’s work, mixing it wth Hindu and Parsee philosophy and updated a 16 coloured glass window “Chromolux”system of Babbitt’s in the new era of electricity.
In 1920, Ghadiali introduced Spectro-Chrome therapy in New York and in 4 years trained over 800 professionals and lay persons. He also designed and sold colour projectors and accessories. Great healing was done. Then the American Medical Association and Food and Drug Administration started their dastardly deeds and by 1947 had all his records burnt, and stopped him from practising. Just as they have done with other great pioneers!
One strong advocate for Dinshah Ghadiali’s work was trained therapist Dr Kate Baldwin, also Senior Surgeon for 23 years at Philadelphia Women’s Hospital. In 1926, she gave a lecture “The Therapeutic Value of Light and Colour”. Extracts: “I can produce quicker and more accurate results with colors than with any or all other methods combined, and with less strain on the patient. In many cases, the functions have been restored after the classical remedies have failed. Of course, surgery is necessary in some cases, but the results will be quicker and better if color is used before and after operations. Sprains, bruises, and traumata of all sorts respond to color as to no other treatment. Septic conditions yield, regardless of the specific organism. Cardiac lesions, asthma, hay fever, pneumonia, inflammatory conditions of the eyes, corneal ulcers, glaucoma, and cataracts are relieved by the treatment.
“With burns, the destructive forces may be counteracted in 20 to 30 minutes, and do not return. True burns are caused by the destructive action of the red side of the spectrum, hydrogen predominating. Apply oxygen by use of the blue side of the spectrum, and much will be done to relieve the nervous strain, the healing processes are rapid, and the resulting tissues soft and flexible.” She later said, “I would close my office tonight, never to reopen, if I could not use Spectro-Chrome.”
This system is now available in Australia. It includes sturdy, adjustable lamps, colour filters, and manual, plus training. This is an easy system for the lay person to operate, providing the works manual is read thoroughly and followed.
