Chemo brain support?

Posted by Jonathan Chamberlain on December 13, 2011

Procera AVH is being promoted as a powerful memory enhancing supplement. If so it may be helpful to people suffering from chemo brain. This is not an endorsement as I have no idea if it works or not – but may be worth a try.

  1. So as an alternative to strolling at a continuous
pace for say an hour, you’ll modify matters up by alternating brief bursts of intense walking for say a minute followed by a recovery period with slower strolling after every extreme time period. Just hold alternating for twenty minutes to begin and add time when you grow to be more fit. You can use interval training with all phases of your procera avh to boost your benefits.

Also if you do any form of workout it is actually strongly advisable you drink plenty of water before in the course of and after to maintain your entire body effectively hydrated.
